He had completed my parents late 2017 so we had him on the back of his brilliant work he did for them. We had damage done to our roof by our neighbour’s tree during a recent storm. I rang Antony early one Saturday morning not even expecting my call to be answered. Being local Antony was able to come out within 4 hours to investigate damage. Although he was very busy as the damage needed to be repaired sooner rather than later he fit the repair in within 3 days of quoting. The repair looks very professional and I was so impressed with overall service. Thank you!

Antony has just completed replacing our guttering and downpipes. Probably not one of his bigger jobs but the attention to detail of how the system would look, just showed his consideration to giving the customer the best job possible, whatever size.
It was a job we needed to do for sometime but you always put it off when considering what larger so called experts could charge you. On research I came across Mickleover Roofline and immediately the family concern appeared to me. We received a very fair quotation in my view and whatever time it took the quotation was the price.
Antony is such an honest, professional and truly nice person. He's already been recommended to my daughter and in turn to her friend for the same work, doesn't that speak volumes.

After 35 years it was about time the ridge tiles on our house and garage were re-mortared. One other quote easily beat Antony's until I realised the guy was only going to come a push some mortar up and around the ridges NO-WAY! Antony totally removed them, cleaned them up, then re-set and dressed the lot - 7.5metres on house, 6.5m the garage! Everything left tidy both above and below - he was worth waiting for [very busy man].

Professional is the main word which I would use to describe Antony's service. He came to replace soffits and fascias and when he went away last week our house looked brand new (from the outside any way)! His work drew the attention of many of our neighbours who have since commented to us on how good it looks.
During all the time he was working at our house Antony was polite and cheerful and worked hard all day long. When we were out we left the house open for him or left him a key and trusted him totally. He always removed his shoes before entering the house - he wasn't asked to do it he just did it automatically (a sign of respect I would say).

My decision to accept Antony’s quote was not based on price. It was based on the excellent first impression he made when he visited to quote for the work. Several companies came to quote but not a single one showed the same level of interest that Antony did. Even before he got the job, he got out his ladders to investigate the problem I had outlined to him and in doing so, discovered and rectified a badly slipped tile, which I was completely unaware of. He even took photographs whilst up the ladder to show me the true extent of the problem.
Everything ran like clockwork from the erection of scaffolding to completion - which was exactly to the schedule he had given me. I left Antony with keys to the property and both he and his scaffolders ensured the house and garden were always left totally secure.
I found Antony to be a very genuine person and liked the professional way in which he carried out his work – he is definitely not from the blaring radio and cigarette ends brigade!
I cannot imagine that anyone would be anything other than delighted with the work he carries out and would not hesitate for one moment to wholeheartedly recommend him. I definitely made the right choice.
